There is nothing better than a sleepy newborn.
Other than, perhaps, a nursing newborn.
Awkward sleeping poses. Oh the neck strength.
She adores holding him. Adores. And she doesn't care one bit if he cries. "I'll just shake him a little." "Umm...can you show me shaking?" "Sure Momma. Just like this." And she jiggled him a little. "Oh. OK. That's perfect." :)
Adelyn, Lincoln and I had to get the van battery replaced one morning. So I let Adelyn hold Lincoln while we waited. I texted this to Eric and he said "Safety first...?"
And nothing cuter than newborn snuggles in bed.
